Lena, the software built for Angels Services

A cleaning and concierge company in Belgium, with teams on the road. Before Lena: the schedule in a spreadsheet, hours in a notebook, photos on a phone, and clients calling to ask whether anyone had been.

What was built

• Team scheduling, with real travel times between two jobs
• Hours clocked on site, weekly summary ready for payroll
• Field app that works offline: checklists, photos, clock-in
• Client portal with proof of service, no more phone calls
• Per-site invoicing and synced Airbnb / Booking calendars

Designed with Angels Services and used every day, Lena is now offered to other cleaning companies.

In 2026, Angels Services opened a laundry in Ciney alongside its concierge and cleaning activities. The site presents the laundry (per-bag pricing, opening hours, directions) and centralises study requests from holiday rentals and businesses, while the full concierge site is being prepared.

What was delivered

• Laundry page with pricing, live opening status and directions
• Home page with a study request form, holiday rental or business
• A form that actually arrives by email, no account needed
• Hosting on a private server, certificate and updates included
