Where it comes from
What we learned at Angels Services
In 2026, Angels Services, a Belgian cleaning and concierge company, ran its teams with a spreadsheet, a notebook of hours and photos on a phone. We built Lena with them: scheduling, clock-in, field app, client portal, per-site invoicing.
Lena runs every day and is now offered to other cleaning companies at withlena.be. That experience set the way Upscend Digital works: start from real problems, deliver in stages, stay around after go-live.
Upscend Digital is a small company based in Wallonia. You talk directly to the person who designs and codes your project, and who maintains it afterwards.
